The film seems a mixture between a home movie and ethnographic footage. Its narrative relates to real cases of white children captured and raised by Comanche, Kiowa or Apache tribes. The film can be regarded as an ultimate Hobbyist’s fantasy of becoming an Indian by assimilation.
